About Accessing Common Tools (Application Menu)

Access common tools to start or publish a file in the Application menu.

Click the Application button to do the following:

• Create, open, or save a file
• Audit, recover, and purge a file
• Print or publish a file
• Access the Options dialog box
• Close the application

Note: You can also close the application by double-clicking the Application button.
