Auxiliary Point

Set an undrawn test point that can be used to create other geometry elements. When you attach an auxiliary point to another point, you can automatically connect the two with a link.

An auxiliary point has the same properties and point geometry types as a standard point. For an example of each point type and a description of its properties, see the following topics:

In the following example, AP1 is an auxiliary that is drawn on the Surface at a slope from P2. P3 and L2 are drawn an interpolated distance between P2 and AP1.
