You can navigate to a section view from a sample line, and to a sample line from a section view.
To zoom to a section view from a sample line
- Right-click a sample line and select
Zoom to Section View.
Note: If multiple section views exist for the sample line, the Select Section View dialog box is displayed so you can select which section view to zoom to. If no section view exists for the sample line, a message is displayed at the command line.
To zoom to a sample line from a section view
- Right-click a section view and select Zoom to Sample Line.
To zoom to a section view or sample line in a different viewport
If you have multiple viewports set up in your drawing, you can select a sample line or section view in one viewport, click in the other viewport to make it active, and then run the appropriate zoom command.
- In a drawing with two viewports, select a section view or a sample line in one viewport.
- Click in the other viewport to make it active.
- Right-click and select Zoom to Sample Line or Zoom to Section View.
