To Publish Presentations to Raster Images

You can publish snapshot views to BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF images.

On the View tab, in the Appearance panel, select the Visual Style you want your image to use and then proceed. Note, wireframe visual styles provide line only output.

1. In the Snapshot Views panel, select one or more snapshot views to publish.
   Tip: To publish all snapshot views, click the Raster command with no snapshot view selected.
2. On the ribbon, click Presentation tabPublish panelPublish to Raster . Or, use the context menu entry for the Publish command.
3. In the Publish to Raster Images dialog box, in Publish Scope, select:
   • All Views to publish all snapshot views available in the IPN file.
   • Selected views to publish views selected in the Snapshot Views panel.
   • Current View to publish a snapshot view from the Edit View mode.
4. In Image Resolution, select a predefined image size. Or, select Custom, select the units from the list, and specify a custom Width and Height.

   If using Custom..., specify the desired image parameters.

5. In Output, specify a folder to save the file. For Current View only, enter a filename for the output file.
6. In the File Format list, select a format to publish to.
7. The Transparent Background option is supported, except for .jpg and .gif formats.
8. Click OK to start publishing.
