Block Converter dialog box

Select a DWG file and export all blocks within the drawing to a Symbol Library (.layer) or as multiple XML files.

Select DWG

Enter a drawing name, or browse to find a DWG file containing blocks you want to convert.

Convert Blocks To

Symbol Library

Select this option to convert the blocks in the drawing to a symbol library (.layer) file.

XML Files

Select this option to convert the blocks in the selected drawing to individual XML files. If the drawing contains only one block, only one XML file will be created.
