Share workspaces

Workspaces can be easily be exported and imported to share with others. They are stored as text files in .json format.

Export workspaces

To export saved workspaces, simply locate their files in the workspaces/ subfolder of your preferences folder and copy them to a location that is accessible to others. For the default location of the preferences folder, see Save preferences.

Import preferences

1. Select Windows > Workspaces > Import Workspace Files (or select Import Workspace Files from the Workspace drop-down).
2. Navigate to the location of the files to import.
3. Select one or more files.
4. Click Import.
