Regional settings for Brazil have been enriched with new design codes and content.

Localization

• The entire online help content has been translated to Portuguese (Brazilian).

• The User interface translation has been reviewed and corrected according to the remarks of Brazilian engineers.

Loads and Combinations

• Implemented automated combinations according to the Brazilian design code ABNT NBR 8681:2003.
• Implemented vehicles database for moving load cases according to the Brazilian code ABNT NBR 7188.

Steel design Code

• The ABNT NBR 8800:2008 code has been implemented for steel member design and optimization in collaboration with Brazilian engineers.
• The hot rolled steel profiles database has been created according to the Brazilian NBR codes of standard.

Reinforced Concrete Code

• The Eurocode EN 1992-1-1 has been set as the default Reinforced Concrete design code for Brazil.
• Added a new reinforcement rebar library containing bar sizes and steel properties according to the Brazilian ABNT NBR 6118:2014.

Content

• Added the steel material properties library according to the Brazilian codes of standard ASTM, NBR 7007:2016, NBR 7008-3:2012, NBR 6649:2014.
• Added the concrete materials properties library according to the Brazilian code of standard Brazilian ABNT NBR 6118:2014.
