Merge a schedule segment with its previous or subsequent segment.
You can merge the segments of a split schedule on a sheet. When you select the schedule on a sheet, a 4-way arrow control displays in the upper left corner of each segment of the schedule. Use this arrow control to drag and drop a segment of the schedule over another segment to join them.
Schedule segments are sequential: you can join a segment with its previous or subsequent segment. For example, if you split a schedule into 4 segments, you can rejoin segment 2 with segment 1 or 3.
To merge schedule segments
- On a sheet that displays a split schedule, select the schedule. Use the 4-way arrow control to drag one schedule segment over the other segment.
- Release the mouse button.
The split schedule segments merge.
