You want to create a study, but the study types from your selected folder are blocked and a warning displays near the top of the Create Study dialog.
This situation happens when a folder containing study types has been removed from the list of trusted locations. A folder must be designated by you as trusted before you can run study types from that folder. In this topic, a “trusted” folder means that its location is included in the Manage Folders list in the Generative Design application.
If an untrusted folder has been selected in the Create Study dialog, study types from that folder will be blocked, and the dialog will display a warning about the untrusted folder. To minimize risk to your system security, it's important to only run graphs from sources that you know and trust.
Once trust is granted, study types stored in that folder are no longer blocked, and you’ll be able to run them normally.
Please note that adding a folder to your Trusted Locations is not a guarantee by Autodesk that graphs stored in those locations are safe or trustworthy, either now or in the future. You are responsible for the security of your systems and any content that you use with Dynamo for Revit and Generative Design. Autodesk recommends that you only add study types through Manage Folders if you can verify their source and are confident that they pose no security risks.
