You may encounter this error when installing your Autodesk product, and the installation fails.
Some Products Failed to Install, Result 1603
You may encounter this error when installing your Autodesk product.
Default Family Template File Invalid
If the path specified for the default path for family templates is missing, the Default Family Template File Invalid dialog displays. Specify a valid path and be sure family template files are located in the specified folder.
Missing Schema Folder
If the schemas folder is missing, empty, or contains damaged files, the Missing Schema Folder dialog displays. Repair/reinstall Revit, or replace the folder with the contents of the folder from a working Revit installation.
Invalid Serial Number or Invalid Request Code
The software installation completes successfully. However, when you try to activate and use the software, one of the following error messages displays.
Rendering Features Are Currently Disabled
You may encounter this error message after installing the software and trying to launch it.
Custom Revit Settings Are Not Honored
You installed Revit or Revit LT and copied a custom Revit.ini file into the correct folder. However, when you start the software, its settings do not reflect the settings defined in the custom Revit.ini file.
