Learn how to find change orders and view change order details in the Thin Client.
The Change Orders Workspace
The Change Orders workspace displays change orders in your vault.
Change Orders are listed in a data table. Click the Configure Columns icon
to modify the column headers in the Change Orders workspace. You can re-order or add user- and system-defined headers to the data table in the Configure Columns drop-down menu. The default order contains headers for the following data:
- Number (required)
- State
- Due Date
- Vault Status
- Title (Item, CO)
- Number of File Attachments
Change Order Details
The change order details view contains several tabs that display change order information.
To view the details of a change order:
- Select the Change Orders workspace in the navigation panel.
- Scroll through the change orders list to find your change order. Alternatively, you can
search the vault to find the change order using the search bar.
- Click the change order number in the data table.
The following tabs are available in the details view of a change order:
- Properties Tab
- Records Tab
- Attachments Tab
Customize the Change Order View
You can filter the view to only show change orders that are in Open state (Create, Open, Work, Review, Approved, Rejected) or select All States to list all change orders including Closed or Cancelled states.
To customize the change order view:
- Click the filter icon in the upper right corner of the Change Orders workspace.
- Select the "Open States" or "All States" filter. If the Open States filter is selected, all change orders in Closed or Cancelled state are hidden from the view.
Note: The Open States include all change orders that are in Create, Open, Work, Review, Approved, and Rejected. All States include change orders in Open state as well as in Closed or Cancelled states.
By default, the Open States filter is selected.
