Autodesk Collaboration for Civil 3D, which is available when you subscribe to Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, lets you perform all data shortcut creation and management tasks in data shortcut projects that are stored in Autodesk Docs.
If you don't have Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro and Autodesk Collaboration for Civil 3D, you can perform some data shortcut related tasks with an Autodesk Docs subscription. For example, you can open and work in drawings that contain data shortcut references, but you cannot synchronize and validate data shortcuts without an Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro subscription.
However, to create and manage data shortcuts and references in an Autodesk Docs project, you'll need access to Autodesk Collaboration for Civil 3D, which is available when you subscribe to Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro.
