You can refresh an ArcGIS dataset in your drawing so that it matches the ArcGIS dataset online by using the Refresh option in the Data Source Manager dialog box. For example, if the dataset has been updated online, you can use the Refresh option to update your drawing with the latest changes.
Refreshing the dataset refreshes the drawing with updated and newly added objects and attribute data from ArcGIS.
- Click Insert tab

Data Source Manager
Find.
The Data Source Manager dialog box is displayed.
- Select the tick boxes next to the datasets that you want to refresh.
- Click Refresh.
If the datasets include raster data, the Refresh Raster Data from ArcGIS dialog box is displayed, which you can use to specify a different resolution for the refreshed raster data.
