Milling and Levelling Report Reference

Colour Key

Background Colour
  • Green (a range of green shades from light to dark)
A green background colour is displayed in cells of the Milling & Levelling Report tab when that value represents a level depth.
    • Lighter green indicates a smaller levelling depth value.
    • Darker green indicates a larger levelling depth value.
  • Red (a range of red shades from light to dark)
A red background colour is displayed in cells of the Milling & Levelling Report tab when that value represents a mill depth.
    • Lighter red indicates a smaller milling depth value.
    • Darker red indicates a larger milling depth value.
Font Colour
  • Blue

A blue font colour is applied to any value that represents a control point.

  • Red

A red font colour is applied to any value that represents a lane's edge point.

Offset
Also known as the increment value, this offset determines the interval between two sampling positions for the incremental milling and levelling values in the Milling and Levelling Report.
Chainage
Lists the chainages in the selected rehab corridor region. Selecting a different chainage in the Milling and Levelling Report tab will automatically update the cross section view for the selected chainage. Refer to About Rehab Corridor Sections for more information about cross section views of rehab corridor region sections.

Edge Point

Edge points define the start and end points for each lane.

Offset

Distance the edge point is offset from the centreline.

Mill/Level Depth

The depth of the milling or levelling layer at the edge point.

Control Point

Control Points are used to calculate the Corrected Crossfall. There is one control point for each lane.

Offset

Distance the control point is offset from the centreline.

Mill/Level Depth

The depth of the milling or levelling layer at the control point.

Incremental Offset Report
Specifies the depths of the milling and leveling layer for the edge and control point offsets. Milling leveling depths are given at noted offsets to the extents of road limits
