Delete Controller

You can delete certain node subcontrollers in Track View. Visibility tracks, Image Motion Blur Multiplier, Object Motion Blur, and On/Off are examples of controllers that can be deleted. Most controllers, however, cannot be deleted.

• Track View > Controllers Toolbar > (Delete Controller)
• Track View > Highlight a controller track in the Controller window. > Edit menu > Controller submenu > Delete

You can also delete a Visibility or Note track with Remove Visibility Track and Remove Note Track, respectively.

Tip: Controller tools can also be found on the Controllers: Track View toolbar, which is hidden by default. Right-click the toolbar, then choose Show Toolbars Controllers: Track View to display the icons for Assign, Copy, Paste. Delete Controller and Make Controller Unique.

Procedures

To delete a controller:

1. In the Controller window, highlight a deletable controller.
2. On the Track View Edit menu, choose Controller Delete.

   The controller is deleted.

   Note: Most controllers cannot be deleted, only replaced. The Delete Controller command is available only if the highlighted controller track is an applicable type.
