The following AEC dimension display components are available:
| Dimension components | Description |

| AEC Dimension Group | Use this component only to turn the visibility of an AEC dimension on or off for a specific view. All the other settings, like color, linetype, and lineweight are specified in the underlying AutoCAD dimension style; any changes you enter here are not displayed. |
| Removed Points Marker | This component shows removed associative dimension points. Make it visible if you want to restore removed dimension points. |
| AEC Dimension Group Marker | Marker of the dimension base point. |
| Override Text & Lines Marker | This component is displayed when a dimension segment is hidden or a dimension text hidden or overwritten. |

- Expand Documentation Objects AEC Dimension Styles.
- Select the style you want to edit.
- Click the Display Properties tab.
- Select the display representation where you want the changes to appear, and select Style Override.
- If necessary, click
. - Click the Layer/Color/Linetype tab.
- Select the component to change, and select a different setting for the property.
- Click OK twice.
