Rhino Translator Reference

Rhinoceros® (Rhino) is a stand-alone, commercial non-uniform rational basis spline (NURBS) based 3-D modeling tool. The Rhino file format (*.3dm) is often used for the exchange of NURBS geometry between 3D CAD systems.

IMPORT supports the following versions of Rhino files:

• *.3dm - up to version 6.0
