To Customize the Colors in the Drawing Area

1. Click AutoCAD 2014 Preferences.
2. In the Application Preferences dialog box, click Look and Feel tab.
3. In the Theme Overrides pane, select the color of Modelspace, Paperspace, and BlockEditor by clicking the respective menu items.
4. Click OK to save the settings.
