Creates a datum target symbol and attaches it to an object in the drawing area.

Summary
You can specify the type of termination to use for the target point and assign up to 4 characters to identify the datum feature.
You select the termination for the leader line from the Termination Type dialog box.
List of Prompts
The following prompts are displayed.
- Select object to attach
- Attaches the symbol to an object. To place the symbol without attaching it to anything, click the position you want to place the termination point of the leader.
- Start point
- Specifies the position of the leader termination point.
- Next Point
- Specifies the location of next vertex of the leader.
- Symbol
- Places the symbol at the most recently clicked location.
