To Specify a New Cutline for a Breakout Section View (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

You can specify a new cutline for an Inventor linked breakout section view as long as the view containing the cutline is not deleted.

Note: Inventor Link is available only on 64-bit systems, and it is not installed by default.

1. In the view containing the original cutline, create a closed polyline to be used as the new cutline.
2. In the Browser, right-click the icon representing the breakout section view and select Reselect Cutline.
3. At the Command prompt, enter S.
