To Add Baselines to a Corridor

You can include multiple baselines in a corridor. You may need to add baselines if you require offsets or more complex corridor models, such as ones with intersections, or if you want to have individual control over each corridor component. For more information about using dynamic offsets and extracted feature lines as baselines, see About Using Multiple Dynamic Baselines in a Corridor.

Note: For offset baselines, the vertical baseline can be comprised of a different alignment/profile or feature line than what is specified for the horizontal baseline.

To add baselines

  1. Open the Add Baselines dialog box using either of the following methods:
    • Select a corridor in the drawing, then click Corridor tabModify Corridor panelAdd Baseline Find.

  3. Arrange and specify the baselines with their associated profiles and assemblies where applicable.
  4. Click OK.
