This dialog is used when creating a new table, curve, record or other non-visual object, such as a SUDS control object, which is associated with a network object.
This dialog is displayed when Insert New Object option is selected from the
button's context menu on the property sheet.
The following sections list the items that can be created in this way for each type of network.
InfoWorks Networks
- Headloss curves - specified at each end of a conduit in US headloss type and DS headloss type fields
- Bridge blockages - specified at bridge openings in the Inlet blockage ID and Outlet blockage ID fields
- Shape objects - specified at conduits or bridge openings in Shape ID field
- Head discharge tables - specified at pumps (Rotodynamic and Archimedean screw pumps), User-Defined Controls, Nodes of Flood type Gully 2D and Nodes of Flood type Inlet and Inlet Input Type HeadD in the Head discharge table field
- Head unit flow tables - specified at Base Linear Structures (2D) with Structure type of User control in the Head unit flow field, and for 2D Boundary lines when the Boundary line type is set to Level & Head/discharge.
- RTK hydrograph, Snow pack, SUDS controls, Ground infiltration, PDM Descriptor and Land use objects - specified for subcatchment objects in the RTK hydrograph, Snow pack, SUDS controls, Ground infiltration, PDM Descriptor and Land use ID fields
- Runoff Surface - specified for land use objects in the Runoff surface field
- Roughness Definition - specified for 2D Zone and Roughness Zone objects in the Roughness definition field
- Infiltration Surface (2D) - specified for 2D Zone and Infiltration Zone (2D) objects in the Infiltration surface field
- Turbulence Model (2D) - specified for 2D Zone and Turbulence Zone (2D) objects in the Turbulence model field
- ARMA error prediction model - specified for Subcatchment and TVD connector objects in the ARMA ID field

Adding a new table
To add a new table, enter a unique name for the item to be created and click OK. A new table object will be created and the appropriate property sheet is displayed.
