To run the drawing checker

1. On the ribbon, click Home tab Validate Drawing Checker.
2. If discrepancies between the current project data and text in the open drawing are found, you are prompted to take action. (If no discrepancies are found, the checking stops and you can resume work on your drawing.)
3. in the Drawing Checker dialog box, click Review Now. The drawing is updated. (If you prefer, you can click Review Later and the drawings annotations/text will not be updated.)
4. In the Drawing Checker Review dialog box, do the following:
   • Click on each row to zoom to the affected text in the drawing. You can use the arrow keys to move up and down the rows.
   • (Optional) Make changes to the drawing text.
   • (Optional) Select Erase Review Clouds In Drawing When Window Closes.
   • Click close.
