If you edit properties outside of AutoCAD Plant 3D toolset, a new version is created. Changing the version of a project file outside of AutoCAD Plant 3D toolset can cause a Not the Latest Version or Local File is Newer than Vault/Collaboration File status to display in the Project Manager.
The PLANTRECONCILEPROJECT command updates project metadata such that the Project Manager correctly identifies the latest version. Afterwards, the Refresh from Project and Get/Check Out options will work with the latest version.
