To maintain consistency between Revit design elements and fabrication elements, rise drop symbols configured in the Autodesk Fabrication products correspond to the rise drop symbols used for ductwork, pipework, and electrical containment in Revit.
Rise drop symbols for Revit fabrication elements are defined using the Autodesk Fabrication products (CADmep, ESTmep, and CAMduct). See Rise and Fall Symbols.
Rise drop symbols for Revit design elements are defined in the Type Properties for each duct and piping system family, and in the Mechanical Settings dialog for conduit and cable tray. See Revit Rise Drop Symbols.
