Find
In the Insert dialog box, do one of the following:
Choose a block definition from the current drawing
- In the Name text box, type a block name or select a name from the drop-down list.
Choose an external drawing file
- Click Browse and specify the drawing file to insert.
Check one or more of the Specify On-Screen options to use the pointing device to specify the following:
Insertion Point
Scale
Rotation
Click OK.
On the Properties palette, change the properties of the block (or dynamic block) reference before responding to the prompts of the INSERT command.
Note:
Properties can also be changed during the insertion of a block reference from a tool palette or ribbon gallery.
