To Add a Leader Note as a Template to the Symbol Library (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. In the drawing area, double-click the note to add to the symbol library. The Leader Note contextual ribbon tab is displayed.
2. Click Leader Note tab > Library panel > Templates. Find
3. In the drop-down that is displayed, click Add Template. The note is displayed in the symbol library.
4. Enter a name for the template.
5. Click Leader Note tab > Close panel > Close. Find
