To Add a Parameters Manager User Variable to a Family Table as a Column (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

The family table is a palette that is displayed from the content manager.

1. In the toolbar of the Family Table, click The New Column dialog box displays.
2. Click Lookup. The Lookup Parameter dialog box displays. This dialog box displays all the dimensional constraints and user parameters that have not been assigned to a Family Table column.
3. Select the user variable to add.
4. Click OK.
5. In the Description box, enter a short description to display in the column header.
6. Click OK.
