Displays the Layergroup Manager, which allows you to manage layer groups, layers, and their properties.
It is also possible to launch the command transparent (AMLAYERGROUP). If you enter -amlayergroup at the command line, AMLAYERGROUP displays prompts on the command line instead of displaying the Mechanical Layer Manager dialog box.
