To Specify the Location of the Heading Row (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
2. In the Options dialog box, select the AM:Standards tab.
3. In the Standard Elements list, double-click Parts List. The BOM Settings dialog box is displayed.
4. In the Parts List tab, click .
5. To insert the column headings and title at the top of the table, in the Attach Point list, select Top Left or Top Right.
6. To insert the heading and the title at the bottom of the table, select Bottom Right or Bottom Left.
7. Click OK until all dialog boxes close.

Note: Changes to heading row location have no impact on parts lists that exist in a drawing.
