To Move Objects on Working Layers to Standard Part Layers (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. Click Home tabLayers panelMove to Parts Layer. Find
2. Select all objects to be moved from the working to the parts layer.

Note: No visual feedback indicating that the operation completed successfully is evident. For example, objects on layer AM_2A are to layer AM_2AN. Since both layers have the same settings, there is no visual effect to show that the layer has changed. You can however inspect the properties of the object and verify that the layer has changed.
