To Merge BOM Rows (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. Click Annotate tabBOM panelBOM. Find
2. Press ENTER.
3. In the BOM List panel, right-click the BOM to edit and select Set current. The icon indicates the current BOM.
4. With the CTRL key pressed, click the row headings of the rows to merge. The program selects the rows.
5. On the toolbar of the BOM dialog box, click . All selected rows are merged into one item.
   Note:

   You can merge only rows containing the same part. You can merge parts from xref drawings only with parts from the same drawing. You cannot merge them with the same part from the host drawing or with the same part from other xref drawings.

6. Click OK.
