To Insert the Results of the Shaft Calculation (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

How to specify the moment, deflection, and stress graphs to draw and place the results of the calculation in the drawing area.

The instructions on this page assume that you have already displayed the Shaft Calculation dialog box.

1. In the Calculations section, click Moments and Deformations. The Select Graph dialog box displays.
2. Select the graphs you want to display from the Bend, Torsion, and Stresses tabs.
3. In the Placement section, select where to place the graphs.
4. Follow the prompts and place the graphs in the drawing area.
   Note: If you selected Under Shaft in the previous step you are not prompted to place the graphs. The program automatically places the graphs below the shaft.
5. Place the results block (the results of the calculation) in the drawing area.
