To configure the Co-ordinates dialog

Use the Configuration dialog to choose how information is displayed in the Co-ordinates dialog.

Note: The Co-ordinates dialog is not available for all measuring devices.

To customize the Co-ordinates dialog:

  1. In the Co-ordinates dialog, click the Configure button. The Configuration dialog is displayed.
  2. In the Configuration dialog, select a Format option to specify how the probe coordinates are displayed.
  3. In the Number of decimal places box, type a number between 0 and 6 to specify how many decimal places are displayed for each value in the Co-ordinates dialog.
  4. If you want the Co-ordinates dialog to display the orientation of the probe relative to the CMM coordinate system, select the Display direction check box.
  5. Click Close to save your changes.
