To display the position of the probe in the Co-ordinates dialog (also known as the Tracking box), click Tools tab > Machine panel > Track.
Note: The
Co-ordinates dialog is not available for all measuring devices.
The Co-ordinates dialog communicates with the measuring device and displays the position of the probe as it moves. Select an entry in the CMM Co-ordinates list to choose the origin for the coordinates.
Click:
to
configure to display of the coordinates.
to
reposition the measuring device or part.
to use pre-touch points for probe compensation.
Note: If you specify a
Scale Factor in the
Measure Parameters dialog, it is displayed below the coordinates.
