When you create an item, PowerInspect assigns a unique name to it and displays it in the Inspect dialog. For example:
To change the name, overtype the text.
When you select an item in the inspection sequence, the Inspect dialogs can be used in create or edit mode.
Edit — Select this button to change the details of the currently selected item. Deselect the button to return to view mode.
New — Click this button to create a new item based on the currently selected item.
When you have edited the items details, click the Accept 
button to save your changes and return to view mode, or click the Cancel 
button to return to view mode without saving your changes.
