Alignments page (Options Dialog)

Specify default settings for creating alignments.

Note: This page is available only when creating inspections for CNC and Manual machines.

The following options are displayed.

• Default Selection Sphere Diameter — Default value of the diameter of the selection sphere used for a point-cloud picked-points alignment. The units of the topmost document are used.
  Note: This option is available only when creating inspections for CNC and Manual machines.
• Automatically use feature nominals in Geometric PLP — Enables the Automatically Use Feature Nominals option when you create Geometric PLP alignments.

  Clear to specify point nominals manually by default.

• Automatically use feature nominals in Best Fit From Points — Enables the setting when you create Best Fit From Points alignments.
