The Progress area lists all the measurable items in the inspection sequence. When you simulate the inspection sequence or run the sequence on a CNC machine, the area shows the item being measured, the current move, and the total number of moves in the item's probe path. In addition, the Program status bar at the bottom of the area indicates the position of the current item in the sequence; the number of items in the sequence, and whether the sequence is stopped (Inactive), running automatically (Running all), or running one item or move at a time (Running one step). Using the Progress area
By default, PowerInspect runs all the items in the inspection sequence. If you want to simulate or run only part of the sequence, you can specify which items you want to work with using the list's context menu:
- To start the simulation or inspection part-way through the sequence: right-click the item at which you want to start; select Start execution from the menu; and then click a play button.
- To simulate or inspect a section of the sequence: right-click the item at which you want to start and select
Start range from the menu; right-click the item at which you want to end and select
End range; and then click a play button to run the selected items.
To remove a range, right-click an item, and select Reset range from the menu.
