Aligning meshes

Use the options on the Mesh Tools tab > Modify panel to modify the alignment of mesh items with each other:

1. Select a mesh.
2. Click Mesh Tools tab > Modify panel, and choose from:
   • Align — to roughly align a mesh object, with another fixed mesh object, by specifying at least three alignment points.
   • Best-fit align — to precisely align mesh objects that have already been roughly aligned as above.
