Create a Custom Vault Deployment

Create a custom deployment using the Autodesk Account. You can select which Autodesk Vault clients are installed with Autodesk Vault as well as the deployment location.

To Create a Deployment

To create and use a deployment to install Vault software on multiple computers across a network review and follow the steps listed in To Create a Deployment from Autodesk Account.

To Customize a Vault Deployment

1. In Autodesk Account, in the panel on the right:

   • Use the drop-down menu to select a language of Vault Client.
   • Select a version to install.
   • Click the Extensions arrow to expand the menu. Select the checkbox to install an extension.

2. Click Next, and in the Enter Settings section, enter the deployment name and path.

3. Click Next. Select the I agree to the Terms of Use check box, and then Click Create to create the deployment.

To Make Changes to a Deployment

Once deployed, you can't make changes to a deployment. You must recreate the deployment and include the desired options.
