In this release, several improvements have been made to enhance IFC workflows in the
AutoCAD Architecture and MEP toolsets. These improvements include:
- Performance improvement: The time required to import large IFC files into AutoCAD Architecture and MEP toolsets has been significantly reduced.
- Quality of import: The IFC import quality has been enhanced, supporting more IFC geometry types and improving the overall user experience. Known issues such as empty imports and erroneous geometry have been addressed and resolved.
- Geometry fidelity of import: The IFC imported geometry has been improved, resulting in smoother and more accurate overall geometry.
