Revision Table Reference
Set general options of the created revision table, including the index format.
Table Scope:
Entire Drawing | Creates a revision table for the entire drawing. Select the check box, Update property on revision number edit, to save the revision number in drawing iProperties. |
Active Sheet | Creates a revision table for active sheet. Select the check box, Update property on revision number edit, to save the revision number in sheet properties. |
Revision Index:
Auto-Index | Selects automatic indexing for revisions. If not selected, the revision cell in new revision rows (including the initial row) remains blank. |
Alpha | Selects alphanumeric indexing for revisions. Note: The following characters are excluded from the indexing sequence by default: I, O, Q, S, X, and Z. You can customize the list of excluded characters on the General tab of the Standard Style panel. |
Numeric | Selects numeric indexing for revisions. |
Start Value | Sets the initial revision letter or number. |
Update property on revision number edit | If selected, the revision number in the active row of the revision table is connected with the revision number property saved in drawing iProperties or sheet properties. |
