To Create a Revision Table

Record drawing revisions in a central table.

1. On the ribbon, click Annotate tab Table panel Revision .

2. On the Revision Table dialog box, select the table scope and indexing.

   Select the Update Property on Revision Number Edit check box, to connect the Revision Number in the active row with the drawing iProperty or the sheet property.

   Note: If you created a revision tag prior creating the revision table, the revision table respects the previously specified settings.

3. Click OK.

4. In the graphics window, click to place the table.

   Note: The revision table snaps to the border or title block or you can place it anywhere on the sheet.
