Dialog location

Click set locations icon (Boundary Conditions tab > Multiple Barrel panel > Set Locations), click Edit, then click Edit profile associated with Pack/holding control.

All solver parameters have a default value that is suitable for most analyses.

Dialog element	Explanation
%Filling pressure vs time	Enter a packing profile to describe the pressure applied to the cavity during the packing phase of the injection molding process. Click on each box in turn to enter the time (duration) and percentage filling pressure values.
Import Profile	To help speed up data entry and minimize errors that might occur during manual data entry, you can import tabulated data from .csv files. The values in the .csv file should be in the current display units.
Plot Profile	Check the profile by clicking the Plot Profile button.
