To back up your project

You can back up your entire project.

1. Select your project in the Project Manager.
2. Right-click and click Create Project Backup.

   A Plant Project Backup dialog box is displayed that shows what you need to back up the project; exclusive project access, amount of disk space needed and approximately how long it will take.

3. Click Change to specify a location for your backup and click OK.
4. Click Backup Project Now.

All the files to be backed up must be closed before the backup starts. A dialog box prompting you to close any open drawings is displayed, if necessary.
