Configure Revit for Additional RPC Content

To use additional RPC content in projects (beyond what is provided with the software), download ArchVision™ Dashboard and configure Revit to access it.

1. Install and configure ArchVision™ Dashboard.

   Download the dashboard from http://www.archvision.com. For instructions, visit http://help.archvision.com.

2. Click File tab Options.
3. In the Options dialog, click the Rendering tab.
4. Under ArchVision Content Manager Location, do the following:
   • Select Network.
   • For Address, specify 127.0.0.1.
   • Set the port to 14931.
5. Click OK.
6. Restart Revit to commit the change.

Now you can do the following:

• Create or edit an RPC family, and specify the RPC content as the render appearance for a family type.
• Load the RPC family into a project, and place the entourage objects in a project view for rendering.
