Configure Trash Bin to Empty Automatically
Learn how an administrator can configure the system to automatically empty the Trash bin at regular intervals.
Empty Trash Bin
Only administrators can permanently delete entities, such as files and folders from the Trash Bin. The administrators can delete entities without restrictions, overriding rules related to child entities or checked-out items. The following permissions allow them to permanently delete entities:
- File Delete Conditional
- File Delete Unconditional
The administrator can select the Automatically remove objects 30 days after deletion check box to remove objects from the bin 30 days after deletion.
