This page is displayed when you select Tools 
Options, and click the ArcGIS tab.
It is used to log in and out of your ArcGIS online account, which is required when using the ArcGIS Maps type of map control.
Note: An ArcGIS online account must have been setup for you by your organisation.
When you are logged in, your details are displayed in the ArcGIS Login pane.
The options available are:
- Login - Displays the ArcGIS Login dialog which lets you sign in to your ArcGIS online account.
- Logout - Logs you out of your ArcGIS online account.
