Check for Forma Data Management access.
Check your available Autodesk products and services:
Go to the Autodesk Account page.
Sign in.
Select the Products and services tab.
Search for Forma Data Management.
If Forma Data Management appears in the list, you have access.
To open or save designs from Autodesk Projects in InfoDrainage, you need:

If you have an InfoDrainage license but not Forma Data Management, you can still work with local .iddx files. Cloud open and save through Autodesk Projects is not available without Forma Data Management access.
