Smart Bevel now produces better output with improved speed and reliability.

Continued work on Smart Bevel in the 2027.2 release corrects various known issues and produces better output, improving the quality of the topology that it generates.
Major improvements have also been made to Smart Bevel's overall speed and reliability. This improvement is most noticeable when using Smart Bevel with dense meshes. Now when the function is applied, it processes results up to 20x faster with 22x less memory consumption. Even if you accidentally turn off the Hard Edges or Edges By Angle Filter types, you can still dial in a result or correct from a mistake.
